By accessing swpackout.com or engaging Southwest Packout for packout, inventory, storage, or moving of personal and business contents, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Packout, inventory, storage, and moving services performed by Southwest Packout are governed by an individual service agreement signed at the start of each project. The service agreement defines scope, timeline, pricing, storage terms, and any insurance coordination terms.
Pricing for packout, storage, and move-back work is established in the project plan reviewed and approved before work begins. If scope changes during the project, Southwest Packout communicates the change and obtains approval before proceeding.
Southwest Packout coordinates with your insurance provider when authorized. Coverage decisions are determined by the insurance carrier and are not guaranteed by Southwest Packout. Out-of-pocket costs (including deductibles and any work outside your policy) remain the responsibility of the property owner.
The Southwest Packout name, logo, trademarks, website content, and brand materials are the property of Southwest Packout. You may not copy, reproduce, or use Southwest Packout materials without written permission.
Southwest Packout provides swpackout.com on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability for packout, storage, and moving work is governed by the signed service agreement for the project.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
