How is everything kept track of?

We keep a detailed inventory of every item that leaves your property, with photographs. Every box is labeled against that inventory so we know what is in it. The inventory follows your belongings into storage and back out again, and it is what your insurance claim is built on.

Where are my belongings stored?

In our clean, dry, climate-controlled facility in Mesa. Boxes are labeled against the photo inventory, so a specific item can be located while it is in storage. Ask your Southwest Packout contact about access to stored items.

Does insurance cover a packout?

In most cases, yes. Packout, storage, and cleaning are commonly covered as part of a flood or fire claim. We work directly with your insurance company and provide the documentation the adjuster needs.

How fast can you get to my property?

Can my things be saved?

Many of them can. Salvageable items are cleaned, dried, and deodorized while your property is being restored, using techniques matched to the item. Items that are too damaged are photographed and documented for your claim instead.

The same crew that packed you out brings your belongings back, unpacks them, and puts them where they came from. We check the return against the inventory item by item.

Do you handle both homes and businesses?
