Does insurance cover a packout?

In most cases packout and storage are part of a covered flood or fire claim. We hand your carrier the inventory, the photographs, and the condition reports the adjuster needs so the work is documented on the claim.

Where are my belongings stored, and for how long?

In our secure, climate-controlled facility at 1455 E University Dr in Mesa. How long depends on the damage and how long the repairs take. We keep you posted and return your belongings as soon as your property is ready.

What should I do first, before the crew arrives?

Get to safety. Shut off the water if you can reach the valve safely. Don’t move soaked items yourself, and don’t re-enter a fire-damaged property until it has been cleared. We handle the rest when we get there.

Do you handle commercial packouts?

Yes. Offices, retail spaces, restaurants, warehouses, and multi-unit buildings, including inventory, equipment, and records. Every day you are closed costs money, so we work to the reopening date.

Do you coordinate with the company restoring my property?

Yes. We schedule the packout so the rooms are clear before drying and demolition start, and we schedule the move-back for when the restoration work is finished. Coordinating with the restoration crew is part of the job.
